Fall

I always say that fall (AKA two weeks at the beginning of December) is what makes living in Texas worth it.  The weather is perfect!

 

This picture actually has nothing to do with fall.  Or rather, it does in a really, really round about manner - these are Carolyn's pumpkins.  She insisted we smash open one of those tiny, decorative pumpkins right after Halloween and plant any seeds we found in there.  I totally didn't think it would work, so just to make her happy, I put some planting soil in this tiny pot.  I was wrong.  We are now the proud owners of NINE pumpkin plants (out of twelve seeds planted).  This picture was taken weeks ago - They are now so crowded in the pot, they're wilting because there's too many of them.
