Last night I ate some delicious Japanese tsukemono (pickled vegetables). It took me about a year to learn to like these on my mission. Eventually, a member of the church in my longest area started making large Tupperware boxes of them for me bi-weekly. YUM YUM YUM. I'm missing Japan today. Tuesday, April 21, 2009
Tsukemono
