We now have a plethora of tomatoes - I think I counted 15 between two plants. Beautiful. Just beautiful.
And what's this I see? A cucumber! There are four of them, this one being the biggest. The only problem? I stupidly put the cucumber plant in the sunniest/hottest corner of the patio (where it gets to be at least 10 degrees hotter than the actual outdoor temperature) and the plant wilts everyday regardless of how much water I give it. It can't be moved because the "trellis" I'm using is the fence corner post. Any ideas?
After much babying and nursing, the eggplant seems to be back to normal - and it's even flowering! I think I might prefer the flower to the fruit.
One last picture of a tomato - because I'm so proud. Plus, this picture makes it look bigger than it really is. Just wishful thinking on my part.

I'm so jealous! Those plants look great! I kill every green thing, so it's just a waste of money and time for me. :( Maybe I'll try again sometime. It took me about 16 years to make a really good loaf of bread...
