1. Does anyone else have a recurring dream? For the last couple of years, mine's been that someone found out that I didn't complete all of my classes for high school/college and I have to go back. When I get there, I don't have a class schedule, can't find my locker, don't know anyone, can't find anyone in charge to help me, etc. I'm really tired of this dream - I wake up every time covered in sweat, heart pounding, thinking, "Please say this isn't real, please say this isn't real."
2. I almost had a nervous break down in Target on Friday. I went to complete my baby registry. When I got to the breast pump aisle, I thought I was going to hyperventilate. Breast pumps scare me. Then I started to think, "I'm going to have a baby and then I'm going to have to feed the baby and I'm going to be leaking weird substances all over my body and I'm going to be tired and I'm going to have to find a place for the baby to sleep and then the baby's going to get bigger and it's going to be expensive and where's the money going to come from?"
3. Speaking of money, we got a pre-bill from the hospital that says I owe $1050 before I even check in. This is with insurance.
4. I finally figured out why pregnant women always have their hands on their bellies. It's because there's no where else to put them.
5. My favorite talk of this weekend's General Conference was Elder Ballard's talk about female role models. I've been thinking a lot lately about these idiotic women (AKA The Real Hosewives of...Anywhere) who're on TV and in the news - they've got to be the stupidest people alive. And girls are trying to be like them!
6. My least favorite talk was Elder Holstrom's. Don't get me wrong, the message was good, but all I could think was, "Good grief, Elder Holstrom, you've got to know somebody who didn't die during child birth!"
7. The Lentil ruined my Easter. She would not allow any Easter candy.
8. I had 2-3 really good weeks where I'd regained my appetite. This came to an abrupt end last Thursday. I'm back to the point where nothing looks or sounds good and merely looking at some foods makes me dry heave.
9. Did anyone else have excess mucous production while pregnant?? It constantly seems like my nose is either stuffed up or there's something in my throat. I can't clear my throat very well thanks to increased sensitivity of my gag reflex. It's driving me nuts.
10. I bought some capri pants this weekend. I've wanted some for years and years, but they've always made me look shorter and rounder than I am so I've held off. However, since I'm now pregnant and getting rounder by the minute, I figured I can do whatever I want.

I had a stuffy nose the whole time I was pregnant with my daughter, but with my boys I didn't!
My doc said to use the saline nasal spray or you can use Afrin. Works like a charm. I would always do it about 1/2 an hour before bed. I loved breathing when I was asleep. :) Hang in there, Erin. You'll be fantastic!!!!!!
Some of these are definitely going on my "cons" list.
2. There were times when I felt like a milk machine especially when I was "hooked up" to the double pump. But it is so satisfying to be able to produce the absolute best nutrition for my babies -- plus it is the cheapest!
3. Insurance isn't what it used to be.
4. It's a great tray while watching TV and eating.
5. So many awesome talks about mothers and parenting!
6. You're in high-alert mode to everything about birth -- you won't be quite so sensitive about it after the baby is born.
7. Save it for later.
8. My MOL had it the whole 9 months -- she was very sympathetic to me even though mine stopped after 5 months.
9. I always had nasal stuffiness throughout the pregnancies. Annoying. I had excess saliva as well. Disgusting. I had to spit constantly because I would heave if I tried to swallow it. Sorry if that was TMI.
10. I love capris. I also think muumuus need to be in vogue. I would totally wear one.
1. i have a recurring dream that i am going to classes, but i realize i don't even know what my schedule is, and can't even remember if i have ever attended the classes, and the semester is nearing an end. yes, college must have really been that traumatic. how long have i been out? 12 years?
2. i just have a hand pump in case baby doesn't eat all the milk or engorgement....you know just for my own comfort. since i can be with my baby all the time now, there is no need for an industrial strength pump. and, i don't leak between feedings. many do. i feel lucky.
3. for our next baby, we are going to mckaydee. they only charge $2,000 for a 24 hour stay if you pay before you leave. others are $4,000 - $6,000. and, there is a separate bill for the baby after it is born. that's all rolled into the $2,000 at mckaydee. BARGAIN!
5. i probably shouldn't have felt this way, but i sort of felt relieved i don't have any daughters.
7. the lentil will make up for the candy thing by never letting you leave a store for the rest of your life without begging for candy. you'll have more candy that you ever wanted for the next 12 years. then you'll get to start paying the dental bills.
