Easter Crepes

Crepes!  A Peters' Family Easter tradition.  Ok, that's a lie.  This is the first time I've ever made them.  My point is that they should be a tradition because - ooweee, they're good.  Mine got a little brown, but I'm going to go ahead and give myself a B- for effort.

Here's Husband's specially made crepe - cream cheese, strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream.  I had one with Nutella, bananas, and whipped cream.  It was so good, I thought I was going to die.  Nutella makes everything good.  I suspect it'd even be delicious on cardboard.

I was going to add some mint leaves and whipped cream to the outside but #1 I had no mint leaves and #2 I figured I didn't need to put on airs because everyone who knows me well knows I haven't got a fancy bone in my body.

Hi Erin! Just stumbled onto your blog because of the crepe posting. I love strawberries and cream cheese, too! Would you consider posting your opinion on your favorite crepe filling on my page for the best crepe recipe in the world? We've got some friendly dialogue on the subject! Thanks for sharing!

HELLO!! Those crepes look so good!! I have to agree with you about the Nutella -- it is just about the best stuff ever! (We even have a Nutella mug from Germany, so I guess that makes us pretty big fans or something.)

Reminds me of Japanese school festivals. Man, those kids could make some crepes. And yours looks just as delicious.
