Just Tell Me the Truth...

Today during Sunbeam sharing time singing:

Sylvia: Sister Peters, Sister Peters, SISTER PETERS!
Me: Yes, Sylvia?
Sylvia: Umm, you probably shouldn't sing anymore.
Me: Why not?
Sylvia: Because you don't sound very good.

Kids are so funny. Even my class who are 2 years older than yours say stuff that surprise me. Once we were talking about doing nice things for our families. One little girl said "I should obey my mommy because she's sad. My uncle is in jail for loosing all his families money." I was like, um.... I'm sorry? What do you say to that!!?

bless the 3 year olds. always very blunt - but not always very accurate. ian told me today that dad "never listens to him". he doesn't realize that either a. the answer is no or b. we can't stand to respond ONE MORE TIME - since we already did, 15 times. also, he told me that "when he was cam's age", that's how most of his stories start, "he drowned. but he didn't die because God was with him."

Lol, gotta love that Sylvia. She's so articulate with that teeny tiny voice that everything she says is piercing! :) But, don't worry. I wouldn't put it past Lee to coach her into saying that just to tease you!

Nick and I were saying how much she sounded like Lee. I was trying to find him after church to tell him but he was no where to be found. I saw Kelli but I don't think she would think it was funny.
