This is me in the car after nine hours of evacuation driving on the way to Arkansas - Husband drove the entire time so I had plenty of opportunities to entertain myself...and look out the window, my favorite past time. As you can see, I'm looking my very best. I have Hurricane Ike to thank for that...

Yeah, Erin, it could always be worse. You could have stayed behind and witnessed LIVE in living color, the streaker that I encountered while watching the weather channel at 12:45 at night. Bless you, Beaumont. How long are you staying in Arkansas? Hello...we're just one state to the north and a tad bit east if you get bored.
glad you are okay and did complete the evacuation. I think the Kutas were in their car for 4 hours and travelled a whopping 7 miles. They ended up doing okay in their house. See the dryness of nevada & utah isn't so bad :)
