Fruit Salsa

For those of you who are looking for a delicious snack/meal with no fat and hardly any calories, this is for you:
2 apples
1 lb strawberries
1 cup raspberries
2 kiwi
3 T. sugar-free fruit preserves (I used strawberry)
2T. Splenda
1 T. brown sugar

Use a food processer to chop the apples (make sure not to chop for too long or you'll end up with apple sauce). Puree all other fruits separately. Mix together. Eat with graham cracker sticks or on top of oatmeal, pancakes, ice cream, or a tasty piece of cardboard (this increases fiber with no increase in calories).
