BOX OUT, BOX OUT!

I made a mistake the other day. I accidentally stepped into Bath and Body Works during the after Christmas sale. I've never seen anything like it.

There were red buckets full of lotions, hand soaps, and everything else you could possibly think of that could make you smell good/become clean. And hovering over the buckets were masses of urban housewives, snipping and snarling like cornered dogs. There was actually a lady holding a bag full of Bath and Body Works products that was BOXING OUT.

Unknowingly, I stepped into the madness and before I knew it, I was employing everything that I learned while serving as the point guard of the Wells High School basketball team. I threw elbows, fixing my eyes on the core of the person in front of me to make sure that they couldn't get around me. I think it's safe to say that even former coach, Clay Fitch, would have been proud.

And on top of that, I helped to further rip apart the store, making sure that I got what I wanted and needed (and lots of stuff that I didn't), and stood in line for 45 minutes to make my purchases (consisting of several boxes of air fresheners for Judy and myself).

In conslusion, I'd like to say that I will never make that mistake again. That is unless I can secure the same kind of deals I got yesterday. And, if I can, you can bet your ass I'll be training up. In fact, I think I'll call Clay Fitch and see if he can offer any further pointers.
