Red Bugs

We went to Carolyn's first crawfish boil a couple of weekends ago.

When we walked in, there were the missionaries with turkey basting pans heaped with crawfish.

Carolyn took one look and said, "Why are those boys eating those nasty red bugs?"

It took her almost two full hours to get up the guts to touch one and this is exactly how she felt about it:

Then, another of the little girls started smooching the crawfish, and Carolyn couldn't be outdone:

In the end, she was eating them faster than I could peel them exclaiming, "Man, these are just really, really good!  I like these bugs."

She is my child.

I just got to read 4 updates and I loved them all. Here are my comments...
Crawfish boils are lots of fun. And I've even eaten those red bugs. I don't know if you remember but when we were in Zimbabwe I was awarded, "most likely to starve because she doesn't like this or this or that"
I still want some of those cute bottomless sandals. I've been meaning to send you a FB message like you asked but first I need to look in the closet for colors and I just haven't found the time. I will soon! How much are you charging?

My phone is weird and I couldn't finish what I wanted to type.
1. You are invited to come swim in my pool anytime. It is quite a commute though.
2. Your crafts are awesome! I've decorated lots of cakes but I always stick with stars because I'm afraid to try flowers.

The end. Thanks!
P.S. Still going to Zumba. But sometimes it is hard to keep up and I'm really not good at shaking and shimmying!
