In order to combat my sweaty smelliness, I asked my blog readers to suggest their favorite (most effective) deodorants for me to try.
The consensus fave was Old Spice Pure Sport.
So I went to HEB and picked some up.
It makes me smell like my brother, but if it works, I'm all for it.
Here's what I got for my money:
That's right. Not one, but two manly deodorants. It says it right on the packaging. Even better than that? The product description on the back of the deodorant stick:
For those of you who can't read it, it says, "Contains odor-fighting "atomic robots" that "shoot lasers" at your "stench monsters" and replaces them with fresh, clean, masculine "scent elves."
Old Spice marketing department, you've outdone yourselves.

I use degree. I think it's more effective that Old Spice and costs less. Try and tell us, your readers, what you think....
I use Jason's Tea Tree All Natural Deodorant. It smells good and so do I. I don't have AC in my car and have survived 2, going on 3, Texas summers w/out the benefit of keeping cool driving between point A to point B. You can get it at HEB in the health food section.
I have never read the Old Spice container before. That is funny. Old Spice does not work for me, but neither do the $8 deodorants I have tried either.
Pretty sure "neither" and "either" aren't supposed to be used the way I just used them...
Girl, your pits will thank you.
And my deodorant label isn't near as witty. It's pretty boring...next time, though. Next time.
My husband works in a plant with temps exceeding 120 degrees at times and his favorite is Irish Spring Original scent--I have used it before and it smells nice--not so man-ish...
