I've already expressed my undying love for Bobbi King.
I seriously think she's the funniest person I've ever met.
Today toward the end of church, Carolyn decided to make Bobbi King's acquaintance.
Bobbi King loves babies.
And babies love her.
Carolyn crawled over and pulled up on Sister King's skirt.
She'd been vomiting profusely during the entire meeting, so I thought I ought to fetch her as soon as humanly possible.
But Bobbi insisted Carolyn, vomit or no, was not a nuisance.
Then we conversed:
Bobbi King: The Lord has decided he doesn't want me to have any more babies so he took away my seed.
Lady Sitting by Bobbi King: Well, you never know, Elizabeth had a baby when she was who-knows-how-old.
Bobbi King: Well, if he wants me to have more babies, he has to bring back my seed and my husband.
Me: I don't know, Sister King, Mary did it without a husband.
Bobbi King: I'll tell you what, I'm not as nice as Mary. If the Lord did that to me, I'd sue him for parental support. I think that's why the Lord has given me so many babies to sit with and take care of (she's a go-to baby-sitter in the ward). So, if you can put the moves on your husband and get a hot date, you can bring your baby over and I'll watch her.

Hi Erin. My name is Laura Rypple. I happened upon your blog a couple of months ago and realized our baby are close in age. I have been "blog stalking" your little one and think she is just precious. I love your converstaions you have with others and yourself. We have about the same sense of humor and you crack me up so much. please check out our blog sometime and you may "stalk" us if you like. My babies name is Vivian. It took us a long time to get her and many tries in fertility. But never the less, she is here. Bobbi kept trying to get Carolyn to walk too! I dont know if you could tell from where you were standing. I was scared that she was going to end up dropping her! RS wouldnt be the same without Bobbi and her crazy comments :)
