Did anyone else see that story from southern California where twelve members of a religious cult up and disappeared, leaving notes that insinuated they were possibly going to harm themselves?
And the police went out looking for them because eight of the twelve were little kids?
Well, turns out they were in a park just up the road, praying, not planning to hurt themselves at all.
One reporter, upon finding the group, interviewed the head-lady-in-charge, who provided the very best quote of 2010 (please read in your best Mexican accent):
"Yes, of course I'm ok. Can't you see me? I just don't want you to bother me when I'm doing my Jesus stuff."
I'm totally going to start using that. Like when people ask me what I did over the weekend, I'll tell them I watched college football, ate a hamburger, and then went to church to do my Jesus stuff.

I definitely think it's a good way to get out of something. "Can't make it, have to do my Jesus stuff!"
