It's the first College Football Saturday of the year. We've been counting down the days since May. We didn't even really count down the days until the birth of our child, but we knew down to the second when College Football Saturday would begin.

Is anyone else outraged that the date of the Red River Shootout got moved up a week?! It is now scheduled during the Saturday afternoon session of General Conference!! I should NOT be having to even think about making a choice between the two. Sick BCS people, sick!

If you're a real Texan, you realize that football is WAY more sacred than General Conference. I mean, make your own decision, but as for me and my house, we will watch the football :) This is what God invented DVR for!
