Conversation With Husband

My very favorite conversations with Husband are when we're in bed and he's almost asleep - you never know what he's going to come up with.  More than likely, it won't make sense and he very rarely remembers what he said in the morning.  Here's one we had the other night:

Husband:  Baby, do pregnant women need a lot of phosphorous?

Me:  Phosphorous?

Husband:  Yeah.  When the lady on V was pregnant with a lizard baby, her Husband had to steal her some special V phosphorous.

Me:  I don't know if pregnant women need phosphorous.

Husband:  I just want you to know that if you needed some phosphorous, I would steal some for you.

Me:  Are you saying our baby is a lizard baby?

Husband:  Baby, I don't know!

I remember my nightmares about the lizard baby on V. Yikes!

When you were growing up did you ever imagine being called "baby" by your husband? I think it's charming! :)
