Today is The Paul and The Judy's 44th wedding anniversary - at least, if I'm doing my math correctly, it is. I would call The Judy and ask her but she never knows.
Her constant reply is, "Erin, I don't know. All I know is that we were married before Andy (my oldest brother) was born."

Being the smart-alleck I am, I always say, "Well, Judy, I hope it was before Andy was conceived."
I only say it because it makes her face go red.
Then, I laugh like a loon because really, could I be any funnier?
And The Judy says, "Erin, I hope you have a kid just like you. You'd deserve it."
I used to think that was funny, too, until I found out that the baby in my belly is a girl. Now I just think, "Oh crap, oh crap, oh, crap, please don't let The Judy's witch's curse come true!"
And if I were Catholic, I would cross myself. But I'm not. So I don't.

Anyway, I only recently got the full story of how their courtship went - The Judy has a better memory than she lets on. I'm going to ask her to write it down tonight when I call her - I'll post it. I think it's priceless.
Oh, and yes, they were forced into taking this picture. One guess as to who the forcer was.

Well, Judy, it seems you remember afterall and that you've just been playing dumb all these years.
And no, I will not embelish the facts of your story. I only do that with my own stories.
