Check out this beauty: our new vacuum cleaner. Our old vacuum has been semi-broken since July and fully broken since November. This is the third vacuum cleaner we've had since we've been married - mostly because yours truly has a hard time not running over things that ruin vacuums. Husband says this vacuum should last us for at least 20 years because it's a Dyson. All I know is that my floor is clean for the first time in months. It's kind of like finding money in your pocket you didn't know was there.

i can't believe you succumbed to the dyson. if you are anything like julie rose, it won't last long either. might as well save up for the rainbow. a sweet 4 grand.
My friend has that one and she LOVES it and it has been completely awesome for years. I love freshly vacuumed floors. :) Congratulations!

I am so jealous! Pretty stupid to say over a vacuum but I have wanted a Dyson since I have been married! Just remember me every time you use it! :-)
Nancy - we didn't succum at all - Nick got a swingin' deal on this vacuum - $300 off. And that's the one reason why I love that he works in retail. We couldn't very well turn down a $400 vacuum for $98!
I am super jealous! I have been coveting Dysons since they came out. Chances are I will be coveting them for many more years to come!
