It's the day before Thanksgiving.
I'm at work.
The only other person here is The Mousey One.
The Mousey One hates BYU and Texas A&M.
So he's pretty much Public Enemy #1 at the Peters' house.
The other day I was wearing my A&M sweatshirt.
He told me I wasn't allowed to wear it, that it was vulgar.
I told Husband he said that.
It made Husband upset.
Today The Mousey One came marching swiftly out of his office when he heard me walk in the door.
He told me to hang on for a minute and then started tugging at the zipper of his jacket.
He revealed his Texas Longhorns polo shirt in flasher style and said, "I wore this just for you. I was thinking about wearing my national championship sweatshirt, but I figured it'd be too hot."
Then he went back into his office.
And started watching The Sound of Music on his computer.
