Ode to Judy

Oh, Judy, you really are a beauty,

As almost all Judys are,

And if only for a little figure skating training, you would be a star.

Oh, Judy, with your soap making skills,

You are cleaner than everyone way out in the hills.

Oh, Judy, you are a self-proclaimed witch,

The best thing about you is that your kids once put your car (a sweet station wagon) in a ditch (although even to this day, I maintain that it was the cat that shifted the car into reverse).

Ok......So, my poetry skills are lacking, but that doesn't mean I love my mother any less. I miss my Judy on a daily basis. I wish she were around to make me laugh. And make me bread and then some french toast. Happy Mother's Day, Mom!
