The Newest Rule

As the chief rule maker at The Doctor's office (and in all of America) I would like to amend the office rules to include this one:

You cannot and should not be wearing this (even if it's covered in awesome biker flames) to The Doctor's office:

Most especially if you look like this:

And, you also probably shouldn't refer to The Doctor as "the hottest thing goin'" or call him "you sexy little thing". Because that plus the abundance of crusty skin and droopy breasts you're showing just made me throw up in my mouth a little.
