They finally replaced our white trash back patio fence that was blown down back in September during Hurricane Ike. You'll notice that we've also tried to purty up the place with some plants/flowers from Lowe's (here's hoping that they survive in our clay-like dirt). Have I mentioned how much I love Lowe's?

What? Plants in February?!? Last year it snowed here in June...I couldn't put plants out until July when it stopped freezing at night....I am so jealous!

Yes, plants in February. Yesterday it was 75 degrees. I don't think it's supposed to get below 65 for the next week - at least I hope not or all of my pretty plants will die.

it's snowing here. we're going to plant some stuff in a few months, but then it will have to stay inside for a few more before we can plant it outside.
