- I can't feel sorry for you if you don't have insurance and you don't have money to pay for the doctor's visit you just had. No one else has money or good insurance right now either. They still have to pay.
- I can't feel sorry for you because you get to take time off while your husband is in the hospital. I needed to take my unable-to-walk Husband to the doctor the other day and had to FIGHT to get off to do it.
- I can't feel sorry for you if you are cold. That's what you get for wearing a short-sleeved shirt and open-toed shoes. God invented coats, sweaters, socks, and shoes. Apparently he didn't give you the sense to know when and how to use them.
- I can't feel sorry for you because your life sucks due to you making really bad decisions. No one forced you into it. You made them. You take responsibility for them. And make better ones in the future. Everyone is capable of doing that regardless of how they were raised and their current circumstances.
- I can't feel sorry for you because you've never told the truth in your life. It is not my fault that you are a compulsive liar. Stop trying to manipulate me.
- I can't feel sorry for you because you are addicted to pain medications and are angry because doctors won't fill them for you anymore.

Sorry, I'm Fresh Out
I'm sorry. I'm fresh out of compassion today. I gave it all away. Yesterday and the day before. I'm waiting for a replentishing supply but until then, you are out of luck. I know I sound mean, bitter, and cranky, but I just don't care about your complaints today:
