1917

The doctor just called me into his office in the middle of patient flow to request that I look up a church article for him from Joseph F. Smith from the 1917 church conference. Sure, I'll get RIGHT ON IT.

If I am correct, they didn't have telephones, electricity, typewriters, computers, or indoor plumbing (not that indoor plumbing has anything to do with it) back then. How on earth am I going to find that article in it's entirety?

Apparently the doctor thinks I am not only an Internet wizard, but have endless Internet magic to work in searching for impossible-to-find articles from 81 years ago. If I do happen to dig it up, I'm going to withhold it from him until he consents to give me a raise based on the fact that I just performed a completely unfeasible act.

Erin,

What camera do or did you use for the pictures?

I need to replace mine as I forgot I had it with me when I swam through the narrows in Lake Powell.
