Everything-a-holic

I was thinking yesterday as I was writing that I have more problems than just a plant buying problem. I have many different addictions, none of which can be considered good (why, oh why can't I be addicted to exercise?? Now THAT would be helpful).

My latest addiction realization that I have made is that I am addicted to chapstick. Husband has made fun of me for this addiction for the last six months, usually by trying to steal my ever-present chapstick out of my pocket. Naturally, I freak out and whine a whole lot until he gives it back. He gets a big kick out of this EVERY TIME (which leads me to believe that I should just pretend that I don't care but I CAN'T).

Anyway, I was running out of chapstick - it HAS to be a certain kind - and I knew for a fact that they sold it at the Walmart in Elko, Nevada. I had waited and waited until we went to Nevada, scared that I was going to run out of chapstick the entire time. Much to my surprise, when we got to that certain Walmart THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY CHAPSTICK.

Instead, Husband got the ingenious idea that we should find it online. We did just that and yesterday what happened to show up in my mailbox but TWELVE tubes of Natural Ice chapstick. WHEW. I was worried I would have to go without it. From what I understand, detox is NEVER a pleasant experience and I will avoid having to do it until they no longer sell my special cherry formula...

You want to partake in my addiction?? Check out the chapstick!! Order it!! Love it!!!http://planetrx.com/shop/detail.cfm/sku/A4108

of course I remember you!! You were (and probably still are) one of the funniest people in the entire universe. Didn't we have several classes together (Mr. Phelan)? I think I lost contact with you when you went on a mission right? Your blog is so funny. I have to admit I actually found it a few weeks ago (I was blog jumping) and I wanted to leave a comment but I wasn't sure you would remember me and think I was a weirdo!;)

I'm afraid that I can't judge anyone as a weirdo...that's like the pot calling the kettle black.

And yes, I believe we had more than one Phelan class together and perhaps some others as well...unfortunately, I can't really remember anything I did/learned in college.
