I don't understand people who think they're entitled to things. This one lady came into the office today and was complaining about EVERYTHING. She complained about the blood tests. She complained about waiting. She complained about having to pay her co-pay. And, she complained because the doctor wouldn't write her a prescription without seeing her.
Ok, lady, I hate to burst your bubble, but YOU ARE JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. You are no higher and no lower. And what does THAT mean? It means YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RULES, just like everyone else. Yes, you have to wait your turn. Yes, you have to pay your co-pay. Yes, you have to see the doctor BEFORE he writes you a prescription. GET IT? JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
And, if you don't stop acting like a princess, there will be some definite discrimination coming from my corner - I will make you go to the back of the line, I'll make you sit on the floor, I'll make you run down the street and get me a milkshake. I'm not scared.
In fact, it seemed to me that the only thing she actually WAS entitled to was a swift kick to the rear-end.

I TOTALLY understand your complaint. People need to shut up and sit down.
