Tonight was husband's first attempt at Bisquick pancakes. Bless his heart for always trying to do what I want (I have a HUGE headache that stems from hypoglycemia. That's right, folks. I did the blood tests today and it turns out that I am a certified hypoglycemic...is that a word? I've been telling people around me for YEARS that I am hypoglycemic and NO ONE believed me. Now I have the blood tests to prove it). Anyway, this is husband's attempt at flipping the pancakes without using a spatula. He poured the whole pan full of batter and then tried to flip it from the pan. Half of it ended up on the kitchen rug. This picture is of the other half. Oh well, it all tastes the same, right? And who really cares what the pancakes look like when they're topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. DELICIOUS. I love you, husband!

I made the major mistake of looking at this post at work and now I am hungry!!! Too bad I've already taken, like, 6 breaks, or I might be forced to drop by the nearest pancake house.
I hope that the picture isn't what made you hungry. If it did, it says something about the things that you normally eat. However, if it was my explaination of the deliciousness of strawberries and cream, I can understand.
I think it was desperation, mostly, though your description was quite scrumdidlyumptious!
