FINISHED
The dress is done! A lady here in the valley did all of the alterations at absolutely no cost to me (bringing the ticket of the wedding dress to a grand total of $0). I put it on and stood in front of her full length mirror, twirling around and thinking about how pretty I am. I didn't want to take it off. Seriously. I look like a princess.

Remember when we used to twirl around and tell our selves we were pretty on the mission in our sweet jumpers.
The pictures of the dress are on the way...in another month or so. I left the dress at home so I woulnd't have to cart it all over tarnation with me.
And Tomlin, we WERE pretty in the mission jumpers. When I was packing to move mom made me take all of them (the jumpers) to the thrift store saying that there is no way I could wear them again. WHAT? I've carefully preserved them for YEARS looking for another opportunity to show my amazing fashion sense. She had the nerve to say that they weren't my "best look".
