Once the dr. realized that I was still up at least once per night with Julie, he basically dismissed me letting me know that it would ease up once I wasn't getting up at night. So that was a long story to preface the question I have for you: Are you still getting up at night with Carolyn (or for any reason)? Or do you go to bed after 11:00 pm every night? And for the record, I still have to nap (even for 15 mins) nearly every day. I chalk that up to going to bed after 11 pm most nights and waking up before 5 am most mornings. :/Shelby Binghamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00046441182345921305noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32012601.post-43992782174733872142012-05-04T11:51:00.950-05:002012-05-04T11:51:00.950-05:00They did the entire thyroid panel. I started that about six months ago and thought it would help and it totally didn't.Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15246823647604252901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32012601.post-55748576462694418822012-05-04T11:42:01.293-05:002012-05-04T11:42:01.293-05:00Yeah I pretty much live for nap time. Are you taking a vitamin supplement? I started taking this Alive! vitamin and it seems to be helping a little. It's a little on the expensive side but supposedly it has extra B vitamins for more energy.Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18356934489330840121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32012601.post-31906973646627942952012-05-04T11:12:37.659-05:002012-05-04T11:12:37.659-05:00There are two thyroid tests--the TSH and the T4. ...There are two thyroid tests--the TSH and the T4. I'm not food smart enough or "granola" enough to know all the effects of what we eat, but it may be worth pursuing. And yes, kids, are just about the most exhausting thing ever. And that whole moving in the 30s, too. Too bad it doesn't eat away all the pregnancy weight. Anyway, you ought to have them do that TSH.
